Job summary

Oscar Health is seeking a Supervisor, Member and Provider Services to lead a production team, drive KPIs, and coach staff toward improved performance. The role partners with stakeholders to improve workflows and efficiencies, reporting to the Operations Manager, Member and Provider Services.

This is a remote position open to Georgia residents, with occasional travel for meetings and events. The base pay ranges from $55,890 to $73,355 per year, and employees are eligible for benefits, unlimited

Qualifications

• 2+ years experience in a customer service environment.
• 1+ year of direct people management experience.
• 1+ years of experience using data and metrics to drive improvements.
• 1+ years of experience working with teams in multiple locations and multiple disciplines.

Responsibilities

• Hire and manage a team with direct responsibility for performance management and development.
• Monitor dashboards and KPIs, conduct root-cause analysis, and plan improvements.
• Understand daily work and make volume-based decisions to serve customers.
• Lead team huddles, communicate the mission and values, and motivate daily objectives.
• Foster an inclusive culture aligned with company values and drive continuous improvement.
• Identify gaps in operational workflows and collaborate to implement best practices.
• Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
