Job summary

Oscar Health, Inc. is seeking a Supervisor, Member and Provider Services to lead a remote team based in Texas. You will coach staff, drive KPIs, and implement workflow improvements to boost efficiency and service quality.

Qualifications

2+ years experience in a customer service environment.
1+ year of direct people management experience.
1+ years of experience using data and metrics to drive improvements.
1+ years of experience working with teams in multiple locations and multiple disciplines.

Responsibilities

Hire and manage a team with direct responsibility for performance management, growth, development, and HR tasks.
Monitor dashboards, track operational KPIs, perform root-cause analysis, and create action plans when issues arise.
Make volume-based decisions that best serve customers and ensure team effectiveness.
Lead team huddles, connect colleagues to Oscar's mission and values, and motivate daily objectives.
Foster an inclusive culture aligned with Oscar's values and drive continuous improvement.
