This remote position is open to Arizona residents, with occasional travel for team meetings and events, reporting to the Operations Manager, Member and Provider Services. The role emphasizes coaching, KPI ownership, and cross-functional collaboration to improve workflows, while maintaining compliance and a customer-first mindset.

Qualifications

• 2+ years experience in a customer service environment.
• 1+ year of direct people management experience.
• 1+ year of experience using data and metrics to drive improvements.
• 1+ year of experience working with teams in multiple locations and multiple disciplines.

Responsibilities

• Hire and manage a team of Oscar colleagues with direct responsibility for performance management, their growth and development, and HR tasks.
• Manage team outcomes, monitor dashboards, track KPIs, and conduct root-cause analysis with action plans.
• Understand daily work and make volume-based decisions that best serve customers.
• Lead team huddles, connect colleagues to Oscar's mission and values, and motivate daily objectives.
• Foster an inclusive culture aligned with Oscar's core values and drive engagement.
• Lead continuous improvement activities to develop a high performing production team.
