Responsibilities

• Work effectively in a project team to meet pricing/ proposal support and subcontract/purchase order award timelines.
• Develop competitive and sole/source RFPS for federal services with medium-high complexity.
• Lead a program team in subcontractor negotiations on price, terms and delivery.
• Award subcontracts of high complexity and document actions per compliance standards.
• Provide effective subcontractor management ensuring compliance with negotiated price and delivery schedule.
• Close out subcontracts, including cost-reimbursable types, timely.
