Serco Inc. is seeking a Subcontracts Administrator to join our procurement team, offering a hybrid option from Herndon, VA or remote work from anywhere in the U.S. You will lead negotiations, develop RFxs, and manage major subcontracts to deliver best performance for Serco and clients.

You will require US Citizenship, a business degree, and 8+ years in federal contracting with FAR/DFAR knowledge. Strong communication and teamwork are essential for success in this role.

Formación

• US Citizenship required.
• Experience in US government procurement preferred, with a peer prime contractor.
• Minimum 8 years of federal contracting experience.
• Solid understanding of FAR/DFAR and contract law.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Lead subcontract negotiations on price, terms, and delivery.
• Develop RFxs for federal labor and materials subcontracts of medium to high complexity.
• Manage Requests for Proposal for labor and materials subcontracts.
• Ensure timely awards and compliance with contract requirements.
• Close out subcontracts, including cost-reimbursable types, per policy.
• Provide subcontractor/supplier management and performance communications.
