Qualifications
10+ years of progressive experience in procurement and subcontract administration.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong ability to advise management and lead through project conditions.
Responsibilities
Prepare source lists of qualified subcontractors.
Partner with Business Development teams for subcontractor strategies.
Evaluate subcontractor proposals and negotiate pricing.
