Job summary

BBCH Support Services, LLC seeks a full-time Subcontracts Administrator to support prime contract compliance and subcontract administration across multiple lines of business. The role manages subcontracts, purchase orders, consulting agreements, and modifications, and ensures documentation accuracy in Intacct.

The position reports to the Knoxville, TN office with a remote option. Requires 5 years of procurement/contract administration experience and strong knowledge of FAR/DFARS.

Qualifications

• 5 years of hands-on procurement, purchasing, or contract administration.
• Familiarity with FAR/DFARS for defense and government work.
• Federal contract management experience.
• Procurement/subcontracting experience preferred.
• Thorough understanding of federal contracting, FAR, and FAR supplemental regulations.
• Excellent organizational, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with Sage Intacct preferred.

Responsibilities

• Audit subcontract package for funding and completeness and determine appropriate subcontract templates.
• Through Sage Intacct, issue and track subcontracts, purchase orders, consulting agreements, and modifications for multiple lines of business.
• Request additional required paperwork (bonds, insurance, SF1413’s, etc.)
• Maintain compliance module (insurance coverage, certified payroll, SF1413’s, etc) within Intacct for subcontract documentation
• Audit Job Setup Packages for new prime contract awards ensuring accuracy prior to setup in Sage Intacct
• Request Payment and Performance Bonds and Certificates of Insurance for new prime awards
• Track prime contract documentation in Intacct database
• Request Payment and Performance Bonds
