You will align demand and supply, support BD opportunities and RFP responses, and coordinate with global teams to minimize risk and maximize revenue.

This remote role focuses on North America with periodic travel to partner sites and industry events.

Qualifications

• Maintain real-time studio-level visibility into art headcount, active assignments and availability.
• Coordinate demand signals with BD and leadership to optimize delivery.
• Support RFPs with accurate staffing scenarios and capacity data.

Responsibilities

• Own cross-studio capacity visibility and operating cadence.
• Align demand/supply and escalate bottlenecks early.
• Provide escalation paths and process improvements to protect revenue.
