Qualifications

• Senior-level resourcing/production leadership in a creative or branding agency.
• Experience building freelance benches and scaling studio operations.
• Strong understanding of utilization, burn and scope-to-profitability mechanics.

Responsibilities

• Direct day-to-day flow of people, projects and priorities across the studio.
• Own real-time capacity visibility and create project status dashboards.
