Essential duties
  • Serve as the primary operational contact for an assigned portfolio of Studio Access clients.
  • Receive, clarify, and prioritize client marketing and design requests.
  • Coordinate work with central production teams and track delivery timelines.
  • Maintain clear and consistent communication with clients regarding status and next steps.
  • Keep organized records of client requests, priorities, and completed work.
  • Resolve routine delivery conflicts and competing client priorities independently.
  • Escalate material risks or issues when appropriate.
  • Support a consistent, high-quality client experience across the accounts you manage.
Essential requirements
  • Proven experience managing client relationships or coordinating work for clients in a marketing, agency, or professional services environment.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Comfortable working independently in a fully remote environment.
  • Currently authorized to work in the United States without current or future sponsorship.
  • Holds a valid Dex Management Team Leader Certification (DEX-MTL) or higher Management-level Dex credential in the Sales & Customer Success domain.
