Job summary

DAYDA is seeking a mid-to-senior operations professional to run the studio's day-to-day operational infrastructure. You will own onboarding/offboarding, tool management, scheduling, contracts, and documentation for a global team of 30+ staff.

Reporting to the Director of Operations, you will connect leadership with department directors across time zones. The role emphasizes proactive problem-solving, strong organizational skills, and clear written communication.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in studio management, office management, operations coordination, or a similar role.
• Excellent written communication across Slack, email, and documentation.
• Strong organizational instincts; detail-oriented and reliable.

Responsibilities

• Oversee onboarding and offboarding end-to-end, including email setup and access provisioning.
• Coordinate contracts and legal paperwork with attorneys and file organization.
• Manage tools and subscriptions (AI tools, Miro, Warp, QuickBooks Time) and cost hygiene.
• Coordinate scheduling and staff utilization across time zones; track utilization and over/under-allocation.
• Lead meeting operations: notes, action items, follow-ups, project list updates.
• Coordinate PTO intake, tracking, holidays, and balance management.
• Maintain SOPs, team handbook, and operational docs; identify and close gaps.
