Job summary

Accelerate Action, Inc. seeks a highly organized Digital Media Associate, Studio Operations to provide day-to-day administrative and operational support for our Entertainment Studio, which develops social-first entertainment shows for Latino audiences in the U.S.

The role focuses on payments, contracts, contractor coordination, documentation, scheduling, tracking, and file organization, while supporting multiple teams across the organization.

Qualifications

• 1–2+ years of experience in operations, coordination, or administrative roles.
• Strong organizational and attention-to-detail skills.
• Ability to create, document, and follow processes.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Comfortable with trackers, spreadsheets, contracts, and payment systems.

Responsibilities

• Support processing of contractor and freelance payments and maintain payment trackers.
• Track contracts and coordinate contractor paperwork and signatures.
• Provide scheduling, file organization, and document preparation support.
• Update project trackers, deadlines, and deliverables across productions.
• Maintain organized contractor records and operational templates/documents.
• Provide day-to-day admin and operational support to the Studio and organization.
• Assist with rollout and maintenance of tools, templates, and workflows.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external contractors to collect information and follow up.
