Qualifications

• Studio Operations background with 10+ years in high-volume environments.
• Experience managing 15+ concurrent deliverables and 30+ spikes.
• Social media production experience in fast turnaround contexts.
• Must have Airtable; strong workflow customization and maintenance.
• Must have Figma; ability to review and provide feedback on creative work.
• Premiere familiarity sufficient for timing tasks.
• Frame.io and Lucid experience for creative review workflows.
• Cross-functional leadership of designers, editors, producers, copywriters.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end studio operations, prioritizing requests and delivery timelines.
• Own Airtable workflow for intake, tracking, and reporting with tech partners.
• Coordinate with core tools (Figma, Frame.io, Lucid) to move reviews forward.
• Run standups and unblock bottlenecks to meet deadlines.
• Manage real-time bottlenecks and balance competing priorities across streams.
• Track metrics and report team health and delivery performance to leadership.
