Job summary

EAB, a leading education insights firm, seeks a Senior Associate Student Re-Enrollment Advisor in Washington DC or Richmond, VA, or remote in the continental U.S. You will guide previously enrolled students through re-enrollment playbooks and coordinate with partner institutions to reduce barriers and maximize outcomes.

Responsibilities include proactive multi-channel outreach, action planning with students, and maintaining documentation in Navigate360 CRM while collaborating with internal teams

Qualifications

• 3+ years of higher education experience in advising or enrollment management, student success, or related function.
• Experience managing a student caseload in a high-volume environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to learn unfamiliar processes and work independently in a remote setup.

Responsibilities

• Manage a caseload of previously enrolled students across multiple partner institutions with proactive follow-up.
• Conduct high-volume outreach via phone, email, SMS, and Zoom using multi-channel campaigns.
• Develop clear re-enrollment action plans with students, identifying deadlines and barriers.
• Help navigate common barriers like balances, financial aid, holds, readmission, and academic standing.
• Maintain accurate documentation in Navigate360 CRM and related tools.
• Collaborate with internal teams on campaigns, process refinements, and program evaluation.
• Protect student privacy and escalate sensitive needs as required.
