Job summary

EAB is seeking a Student Re-Enrollment Advisor to support previously enrolled students through our re-enrollment service. You will manage proactive outreach, develop clear re-enrollment plans with students, identify barriers, and coordinate with partner institutions to move students from initial engagement through successful re-enrollment.

Qualifications

• Approximately 3+ years of higher education experience in academic advising, admissions, enrollment management or related student-facing function.
• Experience managing a student caseload or pipeline in a high-volume, outcomes-driven environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills and ability to explain complex information clearly.

Responsibilities

• Manage an assigned caseload of previously enrolled students across partner institutions with proactive follow-up.
• Develop clear re-enrollment action plans with engaged students and identify barriers.
• Maintain accurate documentation of student interactions in Navigate360 CRM and outreach tools.
• Collaborate with internal teams and partner staff on campaign execution and program evaluation.
