Job summary

EAB is seeking a Student Re-Enrollment Advisor, Senior Associate, to support previously enrolled students through the re-enrollment process. You will manage outreach, plan re-enrollment steps, and coordinate with partner institutions to move students from engagement to re-enrollment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Approximately 3+ years of relevant higher education experience in academic advising, admissions or enrollment management, student success, retention, re-engagement, or related student-facing function.

Responsibilities

• Manage an assigned caseload of previously enrolled students across five to eight partner institutions, adapting support to each institution's processes and timelines.
• Conduct high-volume student outreach and engagement through phone, email, SMS, and Zoom appointments.
• Build rapport with students and understand their goals, motivations, and readiness to return.
• Develop clear re-enrollment action plans with engaged students, identifying next steps and deadlines.
• Help students navigate barriers such as outstanding balances, financial aid requirements, and readmission processes.
• Maintain accurate documentation of student interactions in Navigate360 CRM and outreach tools.
• Collaborate with internal teams and partner staff on campaign execution and process refinement.
