Job summary

EAB is seeking a Student Re-Enrollment Advisor, Senior Associate to support previously enrolled students through proactive outreach and re-enrollment plans. The role emphasizes structured guidance and coordinated support across partner institutions, with success measured by engagement, milestone completion, and outcomes.

The position may be based in Washington, DC; Richmond, VA; or remote within the continental United States, and collaborates closely with the Program Manager for Student

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required with education or enrollment management exposure.
• Ability to manage a caseload and engage via multiple channels.
• Strong written and verbal communication and problem solving.

Responsibilities

• Manage an assigned caseload of previously enrolled students across partner institutions.
• Conduct high-volume outreach via phone, email, SMS, and Zoom.
• Develop clear re-enrollment action plans with engaged students.
• Navigate barriers such as balances, readmission, and financial aid requirements.
• Document interactions and outcomes in Navigate360 CRM and outreach tools.
• Collaborate with partner staff on campaigns, escalations, and process improvements.
