Job summary

EAB is seeking a Student Re-Enrollment Advisor, Senior Associate, to support previously enrolled students through proactive re-enrollment campaigns across multiple partner institutions.

The role emphasizes structured guidance within defined playbooks, with success measured by re-enrollment milestones and sustained student engagement. Location can be DC, Richmond, VA, or remote within the continental U.S.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 3+ years in higher education roles (advising, admissions, or enrollment).
• Experience managing a student caseload across multiple institutions.

Responsibilities

• Manage a caseload of previously enrolled students across partner institutions.
• Conduct high-volume outreach via phone, email, SMS, and Zoom.
• Develop clear re-enrollment plans and identify barriers.
• Maintain accurate documentation in Navigate360 CRM and related tools.
• Collaborate with internal teams and partner staff on campaigns and processes.
