Job summary

EAB is seeking a Student Re-Enrollment Advisor to support previously enrolled students through our re-enrollment service. You will manage outreach, develop action plans, identify barriers, and coordinate with partner institutions to move students toward successful re-enrollment.

This non-traditional advising role focuses on structured guidance, follow-up, and coordinated support within playbooks and escalation paths. Remote-ready with regional options.

Qualifications

• Approximately 3+ years of relevant higher education experience in advising, admissions, enrollment management, student success, or related student-facing function.
• Demonstrated experience managing a student caseload or pipeline and engaging students through multiple channels in a high-volume, outcomes-driven environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex information clearly, empathetically, and efficiently.
• Strong problem-solving, resourcefulness, and learning agility, with the ability to quickly learn unfamiliar processes, locate reliable information, and determine next steps with limited supervision.
• Demonstrated initiative and ownership, with the ability to identify blockers, seek needed information, and move work forward in a remote environment.
• Strong relationship-building and cross-functional communication skills.
• Strong organizational and prioritization skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities across multiple partner institutions.
• Strong technology fluency and adaptability, with the ability to quickly learn and effectively use CRM, student information systems, and AI-enabled tools.

Responsibilities

• Manage an assigned caseload of previously enrolled students across five to eight partner institutions, adapting support to each institution's processes and timelines with proactive follow-up.
• Develop knowledge of partner institutions' re-enrollment processes including admissions/readmission, academic standing, financial aid, registration, and advising.
• Conduct high-volume student outreach and engagement through phone, email, SMS, and Zoom, using structured multi-channel campaigns.
• Build rapport with students and understand their goals, motivations, and readiness to return.
• Develop clear re-enrollment action plans with engaged students, identifying next steps and deadlines.
• Help students navigate barriers such as outstanding balances, financial aid, holds, readmission, and competing responsibilities.
• Provide process guidance and maintain appropriate role boundaries; hand off when progress stalls.
• Monitor progress across milestones and prioritize outreach based on data and deadlines.
• Maintain accurate documentation in Navigate360 CRM and outreach tools.
• Identify recurring barriers and translate insights into actionable recommendations.
• Collaborate with internal teams and partner staff on campaigns, escalations, and program evaluation; provide feedback on tools and resources.
• Protect student information and escalate sensitive needs following privacy requirements.
