Job summary

Brightspire Virtual School, part of Cambium Learning Group, seeks a strategic Student and Partner Success Advisor to strengthen engagement for students, families, and institutions. You will manage onboarding, provide proactive guidance, and support long-term success within a remote learning environment.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in education, strong communication, and the ability to build trust with diverse stakeholders. Remote-first role with US-based residency required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in education or a related field required; master’s degree preferred.
• 5+ years in education, educational leadership, or a related field, ideally in virtual settings.
• Knowledge of grades 6-12 education and virtual learning models.

Responsibilities

• Develop relationships with students, families, and partners as a primary contact.
• Track progress with the Proactive Success Monitoring System and tailor support.
• Communicate actionable support strategies to boost engagement and progress.
• Guide students using the Inspired Learner Framework to set goals and growth.
• Foster belonging through events, clubs, and enrichment opportunities.
• Explain policies and resources clearly to ensure student success.
• Resolve concerns promptly while maintaining satisfaction and delight.
• Build relationships to improve retention and partner onboarding.
