Achieve Test Prep is seeking a compassionate and dependable Student Advisor to join our fully remote Customer Success team. You’ll support U.S.-based students throughout their educational journey by providing guidance, encouragement, and clear next steps to help them stay motivated and on track.

This role operates on EST hours and is ideal for someone who enjoys helping others, building trust, and making a meaningful impact in students’ lives while working from home.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer support, advising, or another people-facing role.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication.
• Calm, empathetic approach with a drive to help others succeed.
• Strong organization to manage multiple student relationships.
• Comfort with independent remote work and team collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Build long-term relationships by understanding each student’s goals and progress.
• Provide personalized guidance to keep students engaged and advancing academically.
• Support onboarding and ensure students are confident using our systems.
• Identify obstacles and help students overcome them.
• Respond to inquiries with empathy, ownership, and timely follow-up.
• Maintain accurate student records in our CRM.
• Collaborate with internal teams to support students’ academic or financial needs.
