Job summary

American College of Education is seeking a remote Student Success Coach to support students from enrollment to graduation. You will collaborate with Enrollment, Admissions, Registration and Academics, providing technical and program support throughout the student life‑cycle.

Ideal candidates have a Bachelor’s degree, strong communication, and the ability to multi‑task with accuracy. The role offers a competitive hourly wage with annual bonus for full‑time, remote work across the United States.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required with strong customer service experience.
• Excellent presentation skills both verbal and written.
• Ability to develop professional rapport with students.
• Multi-tasking ability with high accuracy and deadlines.
• Knowledge of MS Office: Word, Excel, Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Provide student support throughout the lifecycle from enrollment to graduation.
• Provide technical support for MyACE Portal, Canvas, ACE email, and ACE app.
• Assist students with technology challenges and resources.
• Onboard new and re-entry students.
• Direct financing options and assist with payments queries.
• Maintain proactive contact strategies to support student success.
• Respond to student inquiries promptly with program questions.
• Maintain knowledge of programs, policies, and processes.
• Manage at‑risk students with outreach and support.
