Job summary

American College of Education is seeking a Student Success Coach to support students from enrollment through graduation, primarily in a remote role. You will collaborate with Enrollment, Admissions, Registration, and Academics to address questions and ensure success.

The position requires a Bachelor’s degree, customer service experience, and strong communication skills, with emphasis on time management and problem solving.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Customer service experience required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to develop professional rapport with students.
• Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines; high accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Provide student support throughout the student life cycle from Enrollment through Graduation.
• Provide technical support for MyACE Portal, Canvas, ACE email, and the ACE mobile app.
• Assist students with technology-related challenges and offer resources.
• Onboard new and re-entry students.
