IonTuition is seeking a Customer Service Associate for a 100% remote role. You will handle inbound and outbound calls, chats, and texts, supporting students and alumni for our clients.

The position emphasizes reliable internet access and strong communication to meet service goals. You will document customer information in the CRM, follow escalation procedures, and maintain compliance with federal, state, and client requirements while delivering timely, accurate assistance and meeting performance

Responsibilities

• Manage inbound and outbound customer calls, chats, and texts while meeting productivity goals.
