TSI - Transworld Systems Inc. is seeking a Remote Collections Representative to join our growing customer service team. This work-from-home role focuses on contacting consumers to secure overdue payments on student loan accounts and ensuring compliance with applicable laws.

Candidates should have 2+ years in student loan collections, FDCPA knowledge, and strong phone etiquette. A high-speed internet connection and a quiet workspace are required.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Access to high-speed internet required.
• 2+ years' experience with Tuition or Private Student Loan Collections.
• FDCPA knowledge.
• Professional phone etiquette and solid negotiating skills.
• Positive attitude and strong customer service aptitude.
• Ability to problem solve and multitask.
• Willingness to maintain confidentiality.
• Ability to remain in a stationary position 95% of the time; accurate information over the phone.

Responsibilities

• Call consumers to secure payments on past due student loan accounts. Each call is unique.
• Ensure all work complies with company policies and federal, state, and local collections laws.
