The role includes paid training, a team-oriented environment, and a comprehensive benefits package. You will contact consumers, negotiate payments, and ensure compliance with FDCPA and company policies. Formación

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Access to high-speed internet required.
• FDCPA knowledge preferred.
• Professional phone etiquette and solid negotiating skills.
• Positive attitude and strong customer service aptitude.

• Willingness to maintain confidentiality.
• Ability to remain in a stationary position 95% of the time and engage with customers over the phone.
