This is a remote position with company-issued equipment provided after onboarding. Applicants should have 2+ years in Tuition/private student loan collections, FDCPA knowledge, and strong negotiation and communication skills.

Qualifications

• 2+ years' experience with Tuition or Private Student Loan Collections.
• FDCPA knowledge required.
• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Access to high-speed internet required.
• Professional phone etiquette and solid negotiating skills.

Responsibilities

• Call consumers to secure payments on past due student loan accounts.
