Liberty University seeks a Student Accounts Recovery Agent I who will handle inbound and proactive outbound communications about financial aid. This remote, full-time role supports students via calls, chats, and emails while maintaining accurate account data and participating in ongoing training.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree, knowledge of federal/state aid programs, and proficiency with Banner, SharePoint, Outlook, Word, and Excel. Bilingual abilities (Spanish or ASL) are valued.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree required or preferred.
• Ability to utilize Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, SharePoint, Bizflow and Banner software.
• Financial Aid experience and aid program knowledge preferred.
• Knowledge of Federal and State aid programs including: PELL, FSEOG, FWS, FDLP, VTAG, Voc. Rehab., Institutional aid and scholarships, veterans/military benefits and outside aid.
• Fluent in Spanish or American Sign Language.

Aufgaben

• Serve as a primary contact via phone calls, live chats, and emails for students seeking information regarding their financial aid status.
• Perform proactive outbound calls to provide students with updated information regarding their Financial Aid status.
• Complete SharePoints, follow up with students and work on Special Projects.
• Work effectively as a team member and represent Liberty University professionally.
