Job summary

Liberty University is seeking a Contact Center Agent to efficiently and accurately process inbound and outbound communications about financial aid. The role requires representing the Office professionally and maintaining updated information on each account, with attendance at all scheduled trainings.

You will serve as a primary contact by phone, chat, and email, perform outbound updates, and work on special projects while embracing LU's mission.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred with knowledge of federal and state aid programs.
• Experience with Financial Aid processes and Banner/SharePoint software.
• Fluency in Spanish or American Sign Language preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact via phone, live chat, and email for financial aid information.
• Perform proactive outbound calls to share updated financial aid details.
• Complete SharePoint tasks and follow up with students and projects.
• Represent Liberty University’s Christian mission to diverse individuals.
