Liberty University’s Student Financial Services is seeking a Contact Center Agent to efficiently support inbound/outbound calls, chats, and emails about financial aid. The role emphasizes accurate account updates and professional service, with training on financial aid topics.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree and proficiency with Outlook, Word, Excel, SharePoint, Bizflow, and Banner, and may be fluent in Spanish or ASL. Remote location with flexible schedule.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; candidate with related field preferred.
• Experience with Federal and State aid programs is preferred.
• Knowledge of Federal and State aid programs including: PELL, FSEOG, FWS, FDLP, VTAG, Voc. Rehab., Institutional aid and scholarships, veterans/military benefits and outside aid.
• Experience with student development, student affairs or academic affairs.
• Fluent in Spanish or American Sign Language is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Serves as a primary contact via phone calls, live chats, and emails for students seeking information regarding their financial aid status.
• Performs proactive outbound calls to provide students with updated information regarding their Financial Aid status.
• CompleteSharePoints, follow up with students and work on Special Projects.
• Works effectively as a team member, embracing and fostering LU’s mission.
• Ability to articulate and defend Liberty University’s Christian educational mission and vision to a wide variety of individuals and groups.
