Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; relevant financial aid/education experience is a plus.
• Ability to work flexible schedule including days, evenings, and weekends.
• Strong communication and customer service skills with attention to detail.
• Experience with Banner, Outlook, Word, Excel, SharePoint and BizFlow is preferred.
• Fluency in Spanish or American Sign Language is a plus and may aid communication.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact via phone, live chat, and email for students on financial aid matters.
• Perform proactive outbound calls to share updated financial aid information.
• Complete SharePoints tasks, follow up with students, and work on special projects.
• Collaborate effectively with team to support Liberty University’s mission.
