Berklee Online is seeking a Student Finance Representative to deliver high-touch remote support for tuition, payment plans, billing, and student accounts. Reporting to the Student Finance Lead, you’ll be the primary contact for financial inquiries from students, families, and alumni worldwide.

This role emphasizes accurate account counseling, payment administration, and collaboration with Military Affairs and Financial Analytics as needed.

Qualifications

• College degree required.
• 2+ years of customer service in higher education or related fields.
• Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills; familiarity with Workday Student, Salesforce, Colleague.

Responsibilities

• Counsel students and families on tuition, balance, refunds, and tax forms (1098-T/TL11).
• Respond to inquiries about registration, add/drop, refunds, and financial aid options.
