Qualifications

• College degree required.
• Minimum of 2 years of customer service in higher education, banking, or related field.
• Proficiency with spreadsheet tools; familiarity with Workday, Salesforce, Colleague is a plus.
• A cover letter is strictly required to be considered for this role.

Responsibilities

• Student account counseling and support, including tuition, payment options, balances, holds, refunds, and 1098-T/tax forms.
• Manage tuition payment plans, process payments, and audit accounts; assist with collections as needed.
• Provide guidance on registration, add/drop, refunds, and financial aid options; liaison with related departments.
