• Review applications to determine eligibility under federal/state requirements.
• Evaluate loan limits to support timely disbursements and debt management.
• Discuss repayment options, payment plans, and private loan lenders.
• Monitor and resolve outstanding balances and update aid packages accordingly.
• Maintain accurate student records and confidentiality.
• Deliver high-quality service while meeting accuracy and productivity standards.
