Job summary

FutureFit AI is hiring a Manager, Strategy & Operations to act as the operating backbone for the leadership team. You’ll manage cadence, dashboards, and risk, while executing contract operations and supporting on-site strategy work in a fast, small-company setting.

This role blends business judgment with disciplined execution, offering wide latitude to shape the company’s operating system. You will own enablement, reporting, and governance as the team scales.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in business operations, strategy and operations, strategic finance, or consulting.
• Comfort with numbers and metrics to drive leadership discussions.
• Experience reviewing NDAs or standard agreements and flagging risk.
• Clear written and verbal communication with outside counsel or leadership.
• Attention to detail across trackers, calendars, and records.

Responsibilities

• Manage management cadence and enablement: agendas, pre-reads, decision logs, and investor decks.
• Maintain metrics, OKRs, tools inventory, licensing, and risk registers.
• Handle legal and contract operations: NDA reviews, contracts, repository, and onboarding.
• Lead strategic projects from framing to leadership decision and follow-through.
