Job summary

Ladders is seeking a Marketing Strategy & Operations Business Partner to partner with marketing leadership and shape annual strategic and operating plans. This remote role focuses on data-driven insights, accountability, and cross-functional collaboration across Finance and Operations to support strategic decisions.

The position combines strategy, operations, analytics, and executive communication in a fast-paced environment with remote work options and a strong emphasis on performance reporting

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in consulting, strategy and operations.
• Experience in cross-functional settings with a focus on strategy and operations.
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Passion for data analysis and diagnosing business issues.
• Excellent communication skills for engaging with diverse teams.
• Ability to work independently in ambiguous situations.

Responsibilities

• Drive annual strategic and operating plans in collaboration with marketing leadership
• Define critical OKRs for transparent accountability to leadership
• Manage an agile, automated reporting process for OKRs
• Run core business rhythms on behalf of the CMO to ensure strategic focus
• Lead content for business reviews in partnership with Finance and Operations
• Use data storytelling to align teams on performance and focus areas
• Scope and lead strategic programs to address high-impact challenges
