Ladders is seeking a Customer Partner, Leader (Operations) to serve as the primary liaison between customer sites and our client in the Manufacturing & Automotive space. The role focuses on operational performance, issue resolution, and continuous improvement, partnering with internal leaders to enhance service delivery and throughput. Location: Remote.

• 10+ years of related customer-facing experience in operations or customer success.
• Strong ability to analyze operational data and drive performance improvements.
