Job summary

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required.
Minimum of 3 years in strategy consulting or 6 years in corporate strategy/operations work.
Must have independently led significant, quantifiable business impact in fast-paced strategic environments.

Responsibilities

Strategy development with roadmap and metrics to drive outcomes.
Analyze operations and workflows to align with strategy and identify improvements.
Collaborate with stakeholders across levels to define opportunities and drive alignment.
Lead multiple projects simultaneously with focus on impact and timely delivery.
Utilize quantitative and qualitative data to support strategy and pilot design.
Develop a plan for tools that enable ongoing performance tracking and decision-making.
