Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.

• Must have independently led significant, quantifiable business impact in fast-paced strategic environments.

Responsibilities

• Strategy: Develop strategy with roadmap and metrics to drive outcomes.
• Operational improvement focus: analyze operations to reflect on-ground needs and identify improvements.
• Stakeholder engagement: collaborate with field to senior leadership and lead cross-functional teams.
• High degree of organization and bias for action: manage multiple projects with timely delivery and impact.
• Data-driven decision making: use quantitative and qualitative data for strategy development and pilot design.
• Tool & dashboard strategy: plan tools to enable ongoing performance tracking and decision-making.
