Job summary

Humana Inc. in a remote role seeks a Senior Strategy professional to shape PCO's strategic direction and translate strategy into measurable business results. You will solve complex problems, perform financial modeling, and develop executive-ready analyses for senior leaders and the Board.

You will lead priority workstreams, engage cross-functionally, and craft business cases with KPI frameworks, while aligning with EST hours. Travel is occasional and long-term hybrid opportunities may exist.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field required.
• 3+ years in management consulting and/or 4+ years in a strategic role with increasing responsibility.
• Experience structuring and solving complex business problems using quantitative and qualitative analysis.
• Experience with financial modeling and building business cases.
• Experience translating strategy into actionable plans and leading cross-functional execution.
• Proven ability to create executive-level presentations and deliverables.

Responsibilities

• Lead structured problem-solving and hypothesis-driven analyses to support PCO priorities.
• Summarize complex information into executive-ready presentations and recommendations.
• Evaluate strategic opportunities, feasibility, risks, and implementation considerations.
• Own priority workstreams with workplans, milestones, dependencies and risks.
• Facilitate cross-functional engagement and decision-support across PCO.
• Develop business cases, KPI frameworks, and leadership updates communicating progress.
