Job summary

Humana, Inc. is seeking a Home Health Strategy Advancement Advisor to shape strategic direction and provide operational support for cross-functional priorities in CenterWell Home Health.

You will design, implement, and track initiatives that drive enterprise value, focusing on strategy, operations, stakeholder engagement, and data-driven decision making. Required: Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years in strategy consulting or 6+ years in corporate strategy/operations; independent impact is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum of 3 years in strategy consulting or 6 years in corporate strategy/operations, workforce planning, or related discipline.
• Must have independently led significant, quantifiable business impact in fast-paced strategic environments.
• Preferred: Bachelor's in business, economics, data analytics, HR; MBA preferred.
• Experience in healthcare/home healthcare is a strong plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop strategy with roadmap and metrics to solve complex challenges and drive outcomes.
• Analyze current operations to ensure strategy reflects on-the-ground needs and identify improvements.
• Collaborate with field to senior leadership; lead cross-functional teams to implement initiatives.
• Manage multiple projects concurrently with focus on impact and timely delivery.
• Use quantitative data and stakeholder feedback to support design and decision making.
• Create plans for tools and dashboards to enable ongoing performance tracking.
