Job summary

Humana, Inc. is seeking a Home Health Strategy Advancement Advisor to develop strategic direction and provide operational support for CenterWell Home Health priorities, including clinician productivity, workforce strategy, and growth with high-quality patient care.

You will lead cross-functional projects, engage stakeholders from field to senior leadership, design pilots, and track performance with dashboards and data-driven insights.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 3 years of strategy consulting or 6 years of corporate strategy / operations work, workforce planning, or related discipline.
• Must have independently led significant, quantifiable business impact in fast-paced strategic environments.

Responsibilities

• Develop strategy with accompanying roadmap and metrics to solve complex challenges and drive outcomes.
• Lead cross-functional project teams and engage stakeholders to implement initiatives.
• Analyze operations to ensure strategy aligns with on-the-ground needs and identify improvements.
• Drive data-driven decision making and performance tracking with Analytics collaboration.
• Create plan for tools and dashboards enabling ongoing performance tracking and decision making.
