Job summary

Humana, Inc. seeks a Home Health Strategy Advancement Advisor to shape strategic direction and drive operational outcomes across CenterWell Home Health. You will lead cross-functional teams, design roadmaps, and leverage data to improve clinician productivity and patient care.

You will partner with field leaders and analytics to pilot initiatives, track metrics, and implement scalable solutions while managing multiple projects with a bias for action in a remote work setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 3+ years in strategy consulting or 6+ years in corporate strategy/operations/workforce planning.
• Proven ability to lead significant, quantifiable business impact in fast-paced strategic environments.
• Preferred: healthcare/home healthcare experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop strategy with accompanying roadmap and metrics.
• Analyze operations and workflows to identify improvement opportunities.
• Collaborate with field to senior leadership and lead cross-functional project teams.
• Manage multiple projects with timely delivery and metric adherence.
• Utilize data and stakeholder interviews to support strategy development and pilots.
• Develop tool and dashboard plans to enable ongoing performance tracking.
