Job summary

CenterWell Senior Primary Care seeks a Home Health Strategy Advancement Advisor to develop strategic direction and operational support for cross-functional priorities, such as workforce strategy and clinician productivity, to drive growth and high-quality patient care.

The role leads cross-functional initiatives, partners with analytics, and guides dashboards/tools to enable performance tracking and informed decisions. Travel may be required for training and meetings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in strategy consulting or 6 years of corporate strategy / operations work, workforce planning, or related discipline
• Must have independently led significant, quantifiable business impact in fast-paced strategic environments

Responsibilities

• Develop strategy with accompanying roadmap and metrics to solve complex challenges and drive operational outcomes
• Analyze current operations and workflows to ensure strategy reflects on-the-ground needs and identify areas for improvement
• Collaborate with stakeholders from field to senior leadership and lead cross-functional project teams to define opportunities, present findings, build cross-organizational alignment, and implement strategic initiatives
• Lead and manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring impact, timely delivery, and adherence to metrics
• Utilize quantitative data and qualitative data to support strategy development, pilot design, and decision making
• Develop plan for required tools that enable ongoing performance tracking and decision-making
