Job summary

You will analyze complex problems, build financial models, and present executive-ready recommendations to inform decision-making. You will work across a portfolio of priorities, lead cross-functional execution, and develop business cases and KPI frameworks for leadership updates.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, economics, healthcare administration, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience with a management consulting firm and/or 4+ years in a strategic role requiring core consulting skills, with evidence of increasing responsibility.
• Experience structuring and solving complex business problems using quantitative and qualitative analysis.
• Experience conducting financial modeling, interpreting operational and financial data, and developing business cases.
• Experience translating strategy into actionable plans and driving cross-functional execution through influence and stakeholder management.
• Experience creating polished, executive-level presentations and deliverables that communicate complex concepts with clarity.
• Can work EST hours.

Responsibilities

• Lead structured problem-solving and hypothesis-driven analyses to support PCO priorities using financial modeling, qualitative insights, and market research.
• Summarize complex information into executive-ready presentations and recommendations for leadership and Board decision-making.
• Lead evaluation of strategic opportunities, feasibility, risks, and implementation considerations.
• Own priority workstreams with workplans, interdependencies, milestones, stakeholder alignment, and risk identification.
• Facilitate cross-functional engagement through working sessions and decision-support to advance strategy development.
• Develop business cases, value analyses, KPI frameworks, and leadership updates.
