Job summary

Humana, Inc. is seeking a Home Health Strategy Advancement Advisor to develop strategic direction and provide operational support for complex CenterWell Home Health priorities, focusing on clinician productivity and workforce strategy to support growth and high‑quality patient care.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in strategy consulting or 6 years of corporate strategy / operations work, workforce planning, or related discipline.
Must have independently led significant, quantifiable business impact in fast-paced strategic environments.

Responsibilities

Develop strategy with accompanying roadmap and metrics to solve complex challenges and drive operational outcomes.
Analyze current operations and workflows to ensure strategy reflects on-the-ground needs and identify areas for improvement.
Collaborate with stakeholders and lead cross-functional teams to define opportunities, present findings, and implement strategic initiatives.
Lead and manage multiple projects with focus on impact, timely delivery and metrics.
Utilize quantitative and qualitative data to support strategy development, pilot design, and decision making.
Develop plan for tools that enable ongoing performance tracking and decision-making for strategy implementation.
