Slalom is seeking a Senior Delivery Lead to own the overall solution vision, roadmap, and strategic direction for a fully remote US program. You will align stakeholders, drive future-state design, and ensure delivery of measurable business outcomes across business and technology teams.

Bring 10+ years in solution ownership or related roles, strong Agile and consulting experience, and a proven record of leading enterprise-scale transformation initiatives.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in Solution Ownership, Product Ownership, or related roles.
• Experience leading cross-functional initiatives with business and technology.
• Strong stakeholder management, facilitation, and decision-making skills.
• Ability translating strategic objectives into actionable requirements and priorities.
• Experience driving business process improvement and future-state operating model design.
• Experience leading enterprise-scale transformation programs.
• Background working with Agile delivery teams.
• Experience in digital transformation or technology-enabled business change.
• Consulting experience or working with executive stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own and communicate the overall solution vision, roadmap, and strategic direction.
• Define, prioritize, and manage business requirements based on goals and outcomes.
• Align stakeholders across business and technology teams for shared understanding.
