Job summary

Slalom is seeking a Senior Consultant/Principal to lead delivery of complex business and technology initiatives in the Minneapolis area. This role requires on-site presence up to five days a week and commits to driving outcomes with agile practices, governance, and strong client collaboration.

You will guide multi-workstream transformations, apply AI-enabled tools for efficiency, and mentor consultants and managers while contributing to opportunity scoping and proposal work.

Qualifications

• Strong experience leading project and program delivery in consulting or complex enterprise environments.
• Track record of delivering business and/or technology solutions that drive meaningful outcomes.
• Strong understanding of agile delivery methodologies and project governance.
• Experience applying AI-enabled tools to streamline delivery workflows.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the delivery of business and technology projects, ensuring alignment with client goals and Slalom’s delivery standards.
• Apply agile methodologies to drive iterative progress, foster collaboration, and adapt quickly to evolving needs.
• Define project scope, timelines, and success metrics in partnership with clients and internal teams, with emphasis on migration and transformation.
• Oversee project execution through effective resource coordination, risk mitigation, and stakeholder communication, guiding teams through agile ceremonies and delivery governance.
• Build trusted relationships with client executives, technical teams, and Slalom consultants to drive alignment and delivery excellence.
• Leverage AI tools and techniques—such as generative AI for documentation, predictive analytics for risk and timeline forecasting, and automation for reporting.
• Support business development through scoping, estimation, and proposal contributions, mentoring consultants and project managers.
