Job summary

Slalom seeks an Integrated Solutioning Lead at Director or Sr. Director level to guide complex client opportunities from framing to delivery. You will partner with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams to design outcomes‑driven solutions that create measurable value.

You will translate ambiguous problems into cohesive strategies spanning strategy, technology, data, AI, and delivery, while driving pursuit quality and delivery readiness.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in consulting, solution leadership, or delivery roles across domains.
• Ability to translate complex business problems into cohesive solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead integrated solutioning for complex client opportunities across strategy, technology, operations, data, AI, and delivery.
• Own solution development for multi-capability pursuits ensuring client outcomes align with pursuit standards.
• Connect Slalom’s capabilities with client needs through accelerators, partnerships, and delivery approaches.
• Shape solutions around measurable business outcomes with clear value realization.
• Build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders and guide aligned priorities.
• Mobilize and align internal and client teams towards a shared solution direction.
• Support delivery excellence and market growth by informing account planning and reviews.
