Job summary

Slalom is seeking an Architect-level Solution Owner to lead large development pods within agile software delivery. You will define governance, collaborate with Product Owners, and guide delivery teams through risks and status updates. Experience with AI-enabled tooling in delivery is a plus.

You will work across product, program, and project management disciplines, applying Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, XP, and Lean to drive successful outcomes for clients.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Product, Project, or Program Manager using Agile methods across the full software and testing lifecycle.
• Ability to define and document business and functional requirements for iterative software development.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Define and manage project governance (cadence, Scrum ceremonies).
• Collaborate with Product Owners to define the product, identify requirements, and write user stories for engineering teams.
• Lead delivery teams, manage issues and risks, facilitate meetings, and provide clear status updates.
• Collaborate with engineering leaders to validate technical approach, strategy, and deliverables.
• Prepare and deliver client-facing presentations and artifacts.
• Identify opportunities where AI-enabled capabilities can support delivery and productivity.
